On Track is a character building personal and social development programme that combines high challenge experiential activities with high support coaching conversations.
We actively target young people who are at risk of exclusion or offending and help them take control of their life and plan for the future by engaging them one day per week for 12 weeks (full school term)
Breakthrough works with adults who have overcome a significant life challenge and are now looking to move forward in their life.
